Felgands training camp

Felgand's training camp is a bit north of Neville. You can ask him to 'advise (skill)' to get an estimate of how close you are to advancing that skill.

You can also practice on the dummies there to get an estimate of the suitability of your weapon for your current skill level.

well after going to Felgand a few times and realizing that most of the msgs meant nothing to me (pretty much just the halfway one:P) so I decided to put them in order, so I checked his msg every 50K exp (with skills being earned every 900Kish exp)

Since I was checking every 50K exp and getting a different msg every time there is most likely missing msgs, but this should help a little I hope :)

I did 'advise two weapon' three times in a row and got three different messages :P

Granted, they were variations of the last three messages on Dranul's list, so apparently I'm close, but please realize this is not a cut-and-dried way to track progress.
