Tinuviel's comments: This is basically origami which you can do with parchment from Redcliff (on Infidian). There is an NPC there which gives lessons that gives you some initial ability, and then gives you paper to practice with. You can go back for further lessons. You can 'smooth' or 'unfold' the parchment to fold it again, though after a few uses it becomes so creased all you can do is ball it up and throw it at someone.
