II.   Quest and Exploration Help
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Players who have completed a particular quest (with any character,
      past or present) are expressly forbidden to provide any help of any
      kind to other players who have not solved it. This includes
      providing information, money and equipment, and other assistance 
      (including casting spells or providing fighting assistance). Two
      players who have never solved a quest with any character may party 
      together, multiple times if necessary so that both characters may get
      the quest credit. You may not abuse this to provide assistance to 
      multiple characters controlled by one player. 
      
      A wizard's mortal may only participate on a quest with other mortals
      who have solved the quest before.  

      Players who have discovered exploration points may not point out
      to others where they found them.

  NOTE:
  See "help rules" section II for the definitive statement on quest and
  exploration help.  This help file is superseded by any rules therein.

  Posting quest or exploration information on the boards is illegal.  If
  you believe a quest has a bug, or you are having exceeding difficulty
  with completing one, *do not* ask your fellow players for help or post
  information about the problem on the bugs board.  Ask an online Arch or
  Senior Wizard to help you out, or mail qc from the post office as
  appropriate.  This is an exception to standard bug reporting meant to
  protect your fellow players from spoilers.
